Tracy Razi is a Senior Paralegal, certified in both the USA and Canada. She has over 10 years of paralegal experience in toxic tort, compliance, and corporate law.

Before joining Forward Counsel LLP, Tracy worked as a Litigation Paralegal for one of Canada’s leading environmental law firms. While there, Tracy helped launch Canada’s first and only national environmental law moot court competition (the “ELM”). The ELM is now a nationally recognized bi-annual event held at the prestigious Osgoode Hall, home to the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Tracy works closely with our litigation partners and other attorneys on many of our firm’s complex litigation matters and contract disputes. Tracy also oversees general corporate matters such as entity management and annual report filings, redlining commercial agreements, such as non-disclosure, vendor, marketing, and independent contractor agreements, maintains client databases, conducts trademark research, and responds to subpoenas and workers compensation matters.

She is enthusiastic about her job and brings a “leave no stone unturned” approach to her work. Tracy stays involved from beginning to end and supports our clients by providing regular contact and updates. She also maintains litigation case files and document productions, and she is an integral part of preparing for mediations, hearings, and trials.
