Pamela Ravalli
Client Services Director, Paralegal
Pamela Ravalli is the firm’s Client Services Director and Paralegal for the corporate and real estate group. She is experienced in corporate formations and management and assists with real estate transactions. She also has experience in litigation and assists the litigation group as needed.
Pamela has over 30 years’ experience working for top international law firms. She was formerly with Morgan Lewis where she assisted with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, IPOs, follow-on and secondary public offerings, PIPEs and registered direct offerings.
Pamela is also responsible for the operational and administrative facets of the firm and for overseeing the firm’s relationship with its clients.
Random facts: Pamela has a passion for event coordinating and interior decorating.
What she does in her spare time: Pamela loves pure barre, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
How she pays it forward: Pamela volunteers her time at the Jessie Rees Foundation, Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County, and helps with coordinating charity drives.
